Kendall Fuller dominated another camp - Saturday’s Nike Baltimore event - and perhaps proved he should be ranked even higher than No. 4. Fuller leads the top performers list.

With over 20 BCS scholarship offers on the table, Kirk Garner of Good Counsel High School in Maryland is one of the top prospects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Michigan State has offered Garner a full scholarship and is looking forward to having him on campus this summer.
